Privacy policy
This policy clearly explains how Zare-Schlass collects, uses, retains and protects your personal data when you browse this website, create an account, send an enquiry or book an appointment.
Responsible for treatment
The controller is [full identity or name and legal form to be completed], having its place of business at 33rd Rue de Steinfort, 8388 Koerich, Luxembourg. You can contact us at info@zare-schlass.lu or at +352 621 574 838 for any questions regarding your personal data.
Data collected
We can process the data you send us: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, account identifiers, messages and contact requests. A land rental request also includes the date, time and number of dogs desired. To organize the care, we also record useful information about your dog, such as its name, race, date of birth, weight, allergies, habits, notes and, if you add it, photo. Information on appointments and the history of exchanges is also kept. To produce overall attendance statistics, we only count the page consulted, the day of consultation and the country code provided by the accommodation infrastructure. No IP address or ad identifier is recorded in the statistical tool.
Legal Requirements and Bases
Your data is used to respond to your requests, create and administer your customer space, prepare, confirm, modify or cancel your appointments, and track your companion. These treatments are necessary for the execution of your request and for the contractual or pre-contractual relationship. The fields indicated as mandatory when creating the account, sending an application or booking are necessary to provide the service concerned. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to create your account, process your request or confirm the appointment. Optional fields are used only to better prepare the treatment. We may also retain certain information to comply with our legal obligations, establish or defend our rights, secure the site and understand its use, based on our legal obligations and legitimate interest. We do not use your data to make a fully automated decision with legal effects on you.
Data recipients
Your data is accessible only to the authorized persons of Zare-Schlass who need it to provide the service. They can be passed on to technical providers acting on our behalf, including the hosting provider and, when configured, the providers sending e-mails or SMS. These providers can only use the data according to our instructions. Data may also be provided to the authorities when required by law. They are neither sold nor rented.
Conservation time
The data related to your account and your appointments are kept during the relationship with Zare-Schlass and stored only for the period necessary to comply with the legal obligations and the applicable limitation periods. Contact requests shall be kept for the time necessary to respond to and follow up on them. Technical journals are kept for a limited time, proportionate to security needs. Aggregate daily attendance statistics are kept for 13 months; older aggregates are automatically deleted at the next collection or consultation. Where data are no longer needed, they are deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and External Services
The site uses technical cookies necessary for authentication, security and operation of your space. The cookie zare\ locale remembers your language choice for a year. The internal hearing measure does not deposit any cookies, does not store any identifiers in your browser and does not transmit any data to a third party statistical service. No advertising cookie is used. After your agreement for external content, the OpenStreetMap cards transmit technical data, including your IP address, to the card provider to load the card tiles. If marketing tools or statistical tools using browser storage are added later, this policy and, where required by law, the consent mechanism will be adapted prior to activation.
Participation statistics
The site uses an internal audience measurement tool designed to limit the data collected. At each consultation, the daily counter of the page and the country is increased and the information is immediately stored in aggregated form. The IP address possibly used by the infrastructure to determine the country is not registered by Zare-Schlass. To limit repeat updates and abuse, a non-reversible technical footprint can only be kept in the server memory for 30 seconds; it is neither written in the database nor stored in the browser. These statistics are only used to understand which pages are useful, to improve navigation and to design the site. They do not allow a person to be tracked between multiple sites and are not sold or shared with a third-party advertising or statistical service.
- Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Zare-Schlass favours providers processing data in the European Economic Area. Where an external service involves a transfer to a third country, we shall ensure that it is based on a mechanism recognised by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, accompanied if necessary by additional guarantees. You can obtain information on the applicable mechanism and a copy of the relevant guarantees by writing to info@zare-schlass.lu.
Your rights
Under the conditions laid down in the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, limitation of their processing, opposition to certain processing and request the portability of the data you have provided. When the treatment is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the previous treatment. To exercise your rights, write to info@zare-schlass.lu specifying your request. We may request proof of identity only if necessary to verify the applicant.
Claim to the CNPD
If you consider that the processing of your data is not in conformity, you can file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, Luxembourg — cnpd.public.lu. However, we invite you to contact us first so that we can review your application.
