Terms and conditions of sale
These terms govern the grooming, dog-walking and Spillwiss field-hire services offered by Zare-Schlass. They must be completed with the operator’s legal information and reviewed before final publication.
Purpose and scope
These terms apply to services booked or requested from Zare-Schlass by private or business customers. Any booking or request means the customer has had access to the essential information about the chosen service and these terms.
Bookings and requests
Grooming is booked online in 2-hour slots, subject to availability and confirmation. Dog walking requires direct contact. Hire of the Spillwiss field is requested using the dedicated form. A submitted request is not confirmed until Zare-Schlass has accepted it.
Prices and payment
The applicable prices are those shown on the website or communicated to the customer upon confirmation. No payment is collected online. Payment is made on site using the methods accepted by Zare-Schlass. Any necessary adjustment related to the coat, the dog’s behaviour or the time required is explained before the service is carried out.
Changes, delays and cancellation
Customers should notify Zare-Schlass as soon as possible if they are delayed, unable to attend or need a change. Any applicable cancellation terms and deadlines must be confirmed before booking. A significant delay may require rescheduling to protect later appointments and the welfare of dogs on site.
Dog health, behaviour and welfare
The customer provides all relevant information about their dog’s health, allergies, sensitivities or behaviour. Zare-Schlass may adapt, stop or refuse a service if the safety or welfare of the animal, staff or other dogs cannot be ensured under suitable conditions.
Liability
Each party is liable for direct damage resulting from its own fault within the limits of applicable law. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for following instructions relating to reception, walking or use of the field.
Complaints and applicable law
Questions or complaints may be sent to info@zare-schlass.lu so that an amicable solution can be sought. These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available to them.
